Barry Boulton, Sr. Lieutenant Plantation Fire Department Plantation, FL Age: 67 Gender: Male Status: Volunteer Years of Service: 13 Date of Incident: May 7, 2019 Date of Death: May 7, 2019 On May 7, 2019, Lieutenant Barry Boulton, Sr., collapsed after completion of a Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) drill. Resuscitation efforts were immediately rendered to Boulton who was then rushed to the Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation, FL, where he passed away from cardiac arrest.
